Reaction Steps
N-{2-[4-(2-Aminoethyl)anilino]-3-pyridinyl}benzamide (0.1 g, 0.30 mmol) was reacted with tert-butyl-(4-oxiranylmethoxy-phenoxy)-diphenyl-silane (0.107 g, 0.265 mmol) according to Procedure G (eluant: 20:1 going to 10:1 chloroform-methanol) to give the title compound (0.064 g, 0.087 mmol).
