A mixture of 150 mg (0.433 mmol) of tert-butyl[(1R)-3-hydrazino-3-oxo-1-(2,4,5-trifluorobenzyl)propyl]carbamate (Intermediate 4), 100 mg (0.433 mmol) of 8-methoxy-2-(trifluoromethyl)-5,6-dihydropyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidine (Intermediate 5) and 4 mL of anhydrous methanol was stirred at room temperature for 5.5 h and then diluted with diethyl ether. The solid was collected on a filter and dried to give the title compound. LC-MS 547 (M+1).
