Reaction Steps
In analogy to example 2, ((S)-1-benzenesulfonyl-aziridin-2-yl)-[4-(2,5-dimethyl-phenyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-methanone (example 21, step 3) was reacted with sodium iodide and 3-bromopropylisocyanate to give the title compound as a light yellow foam. MS: 610.6 ([M+H]+)
