Procedure
A solution of tert-butyl 4-(6-amino-4-(2-furyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine-1-ylmethyl)indole-1-carboxylate (92 mg, 0.17 mmol) in MeOH (3 mL) was treated with NaOMe (45 mg, 0.84 mmol), refluxed for 2 h, cooled, diluted with water (15 mL) and filtered to give the title compound (45 mg, 82%) as an off white powder.
Workup
- temperaturerefluxed for 2 h
- temperaturecooled
- filtrationfiltered
