Procedure
In analogy to the procedure described for example 166A, 1-[(E)-3-(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-acryloyl]-[1,4]diazepan-5-one (intermediate 1A) and (rac)-2-(2-bromo-ethyl)-oxirane (Journal of Organic Chemistry (1969), 34(12), 4060-5) gave after extraction with Et2O instead of EtOAc the title compound as yellow oil. MS: 383.2 (MH+, 2Cl).
