Reaction Steps
A mixture of EXAMPLE 1B (2.96 g), (S)-prolinol (850 μL), and diisopropylethylamine (4 mL) in acetonitrile (70 mL) at 25° C. was stirred for 3 days, treated with water, and extracted with dichloromethane. The extract was washed with 1M hydrochloric acid, water, saturated NaHCO3, and water, and concentrated.
