Using the procedure from Example 7A, Step 7E, 4-[(3-chlorophenyl)sulfonyl]piperidine (150 mg, 0.58 mmol) was reacted with 2-chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine (211 mg, 1.16 mmol), DIEA (0.3 ml, 1.74) and 1,4-dioxane (0.2 ml) to afford the title compound (151 mg), a white solid, in 64% yield.
