Prepared from compound 1 and 4-chloromethylbenzoic acid as described for compound 78 using 12 mmol of sodium hydride instead of 6 mmol. After evaporating the reaction mixture, the residue was partitioned between aqueous sodium carbonate and ethyl acetate. The aqueous solution was acidified with hydrochloric acid and extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was dried over magnesium sulfate and evaporated. The compound was purified by chromatography (ethyl acetate) and crystallized from diethyl ether. M.p. 135°-139° C.
