Reaction Steps
The subtitle compound was prepared from L-histidine methyl ester dihydrochloride (1.15 g) and the product of example 8 step (ii) (0.7 g) by the method of example 10 step (ii). Purification was by chromatography eluting with 5-10% methanol in dichloromethane. Yield 0.25 g.
