Trifluoroacetic acid (0.5 mL, 6.49 mmol) was added to a suspension of 1,1-dimethylethyl (3-bromo-2-{[({4-chloro-3-[(3-chloro-5-cyanophenyl)oxy]-2-fluorophenyl}methyl)amino]carbonyl}-1H-indol-5-yl)carbamate (0.082 g, 0.126 mmol) in chloroform (2 mL). The resulting solution was stirred at room temperature overnight. The solvent was evaporated to give the title compound (0.100 g, 107%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 12.34 (s, 1H), 9.86 (br. s., 2 H), 8.66 (t, 1H), 7.78-7.84 (m, 1H), 7.56 (t, 1H), 7.41-7.52 (m, 5H), 7.25 (dd, 1H), 4.49-4.72 (m, 2H).
