Procedure

0% Pd/C (4 mg, 0.004 mmol) was added to a solution of the product from Step 1 (25 mg, 0.038 mmol) in EtOH (3 mL), and the mixture was placed under H2. After 18 hours, the mixture was filtered through a pad of glass wool, and the solvent was removed in vacuo. LRMS ESI+ (M+H)+ 654.5; calcd for C36H52N3O8: 654.4.
