Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in analogy to Example 19, intermediate b, from 2-(4-chloro-2-methoxy-phenyl)-5,6-difluoro-1H-benzoimidazole (Example 19, intermediate c) and iodomethyl-cyclopentane (CAS Reg. No. 27935-87-1). Brown sticky solid (50%). MS (Turbo Spray): m/z=377.1 (M+H).
