The title compound was prepared as a yellow solid, using 1-pentyl-6-methoxy-isatin obtained in Example 39(A) and 2-morpholin-4-ylacetohydrazide according to the synthetic method E. NMR (CDCl3): δ 0.92 (t, 3H), 1.26 (s, 1H), 1.36 to 1.39 (m, 5H), 1.64-1.72 (m, 4H), 2.61 (d, 4H), 3.29 (s, 2H), 3.84-3.87 (m, 8H), 6.41 (d, 1H), 6.60 (dd, 1H), 7.75 (d, 2H), 13.86 (br s, 1H).
