Ethyl N-(6-fluoro-2-methoxyquinoxalin-3-yl)carbamate and 1-(4-fluorophenyl)piperazine were reacted by the same way with the example 1 to obtain the titled compound (yield, 85%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 3.19 (s, 4H), 3.77 (s, 3H), 4.13 (s, 4H), 6.88-7.02 (m, 4H), 7.23-7.27 (m, 1H), 7.45-7.71 (m, 3H).
