Following the procedure described in Example 25 (Part C), making variations as required to replace 2-(6-{[2-(4-fluoro-phenoxy)-ethyl]methyl-amino}-pyrazin-2-yl)-4-methyl-thiazole-5-carboxylic acid ethyl ester with 2-{6-[(4-fluoro-benzyl)-methyl-amino]-pyrazin-2-yl}-4-methyl-thiazole-5-carboxylic acid ethyl ester to give 2-{6-[(4-fluoro-benzyl)-methyl-amino]-pyrazin-2-yl}-4-methyl-thiazole-5-carboxylic acid in 90% yield.
