Compound 4A, 1H-indazol-5-ylamine Compound 5A and TFA (94 ul, 1.1 mmol) were mixed in dry DMSO (1 ml) and heated to 120° C. for 48 hours to provide Compound 12 (99% yield). 1HNMR (CD3OD) δ 8.5 (s, 1H), 8.12 (s, 2H), 7.9 (m, 2H), 7.7 (d, 2H), 7.5 (d, 2H); MS 536 (M+H+).
