To a solution of 5-bromo-2-(5-{1-[4-(cyclopropylsulfonyl)phenyl]-2-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)ethyl}-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)pyridine (200 mg) in toluene (2 mL) were added tributyl(vinyl)tin (115 μL) and tetrakistriphenylphosphinepalladium(0) (40 mg), and the mixture was stirred under argon atmosphere at 110° C. overnight. After cooling to room temperature, the reaction mixture was concentrated, and the residue was subjected to silica gel column chromatography. The title compound (120 mg, yield 67%) was obtained as a yellow amorphous solid from a fraction eluted with ethyl acetate-hexane (1:1, volume ratio). MS: 463 (MH+).
