Compound 132 (260 mg, 0.64 mmol) was stirred 1N NaOH (1 mL) in MeOH (2 mL) at 60° C. for 2 h. The reaction was allowed to cool, and was acidified with 1 N HCl and extracted with CHCl3. Organics were dried (MgSO4) and concentrated to give 228 mg (90%) of the title compound as a white solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD) δ 8.34 (br s, 1H), 8.29 (s, 1H), 8.21 (s, 1H), 8.11 (d, 1H, J=7.6 Hz), 8.01 (d, 1H, J=7.6 Hz), 7.90 (t, 1H, J=7.6 Hz), 7.87 (s, 1H), 7.79 (s, 1H), 3.31 (q, 2H, J=7.2 Hz), 2.35 (s, 3H), 1.29 (t, 3H, J=7.2 Hz). MS (ES) [m+H] calc'd for C21H18N2O4S, 395; found 395.
