The title compound was prepared from Compound 246 by using an analogous procedure to that outlined in the preparation of Compound 157. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.16 (t, J=7.33 Hz, 3H) 2.25 (s, 3H) 3.41 (q, J=7.58 Hz, 2H) 4.26 (t, J=6.44 Hz, 2H) 7.23 (s, 1H) 7.46 (s, 1H) 7.87 (t, J=7.71 Hz, 1H) 8.03 (t, J=7.20 Hz, 2H) 8.11 (s, 1H) 8.31 (s, 1H) 12.27 (br. s., 1H); [M+H] calc'd for C20H17ClN2O3S, 401.1; found, 401.3.
