Reaction Steps
To the solution of methanol (20 ml) was added 4-(1H-5-indazolylamino)-2-methylthio-5-pyrimidinecarboxylic acid ethyl ester (1 g) prepared from preparation example 1, added70% aq. ethylamine (25ml) at room temperatute, and reacted at 30-35° C. for 3 hr. The reaction mixture was cooled and slowly added H2O (30 ml) and stirred for 0.5 hr. The reaction mixture was filtered, washed with 30% aqueous methanol solution (10 ml) obtained the desired compound (0.8 g, 80%)
