A solution of 126 mg (1 mmol) of 1-(aminocarbonyl)-1-cyclopropan-carboxylic acid and of 212 mg (1 mmol) 4-(3-fluoro-benzyloxy)-phenylamine (prepared as in example 1b) in 10 ml dichloromethane is cooled to 0° C. and treated with 206 mg (1.1 mmol) N-(-3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N′-ethyl-carbodiimide-hydrochloride (EDCI). The mixture is stirred for additional 2 h at room temperature, evaporated and acidified with dil. citric acid. Extraction with ethyl acetate and recrystallisation from methanol yields 178 mg (56%) of the title compound. Yellowish solid; MS: m/e=329.3 (M++H).
