The title compound is prepared in analogy to example 2, starting from 4-(3-fluoro-benzyloxy)-phenylamine (as prepared in example 1b) and 2-methyl-malonic acid monomethyl ester (Nader et al., Chem. Ber. 1986, 119, 1196). Yield after flash-chromatography with dichloromethane/methanol 98:2: 40%. Colorless solid. Mp=119° C.
