Reaction Steps
To a solution of 12.1 mg of the product of Example 6 in CH2Cl2 at 0° C. was added 0.2 mL of 10% trimethylsilyl-diazomethane. After stirring for 10 minutes, 0.2 mL of acetic acid was added. The volatiles were removed in vacuo. The product was isolated using preparative TLC with 1:1 hexane/ethyl acetate.
