Procedure
4-benzoylmethyl-4-piperidinol (II) is firstly prepared according to the method of synthesis and post-treatment in General Method one. Thereafter, 1.76 g (8.8 mmol) of p-chlorobenzyl bromide and 1.75 g (8.0 mmol) of 4-benzoylmethyl-4-piperidinol (II), 0.03 g (0.2 mmol) of potassium iodide and 3.53 g (25.6 mmol) of anhydrous K2CO3 is placed in anhydrous acetone (60 ml), and reacting at reflux for 8 hours. Operating according to the post-treatment procedure in General Method two obtains 2.25 g of a white crystal, with yield of 70.5%.
