To a solution of N-(4-benzoylbenzyl)-3,5-dichloro-N-(4-fluorobenzyl)-2-hydroxybenzenesulfonamide (15 mg, 0.028 mmol) in THF (0.15 mL) and ethanol (0.15 mL) at 0° C. was added sodium borohydride (4 mg, 0.11 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at 0° C. for 1 h. The solvents were removed in vacuo and resulting residue was purified by preparative HPLC to give the title compound (14 mg) as a white solid. MS (ESI): 527.9 (M−H2O)+.
