By analogy with the method described in example 1 (step 1.8), using 9-amino-4-oxo-2-pyridin-4-yl-5,6,8,9-tetrahydro-4H-1,4a,7-triaza-benzocycloheptene-7-carboxylic acid ethyl ester and 2,4-dimethoxy-benzoic acid in place of (+/−)-9-amino-4-oxo-2-pyrimidin-4-yl-5,6,8,9-tetrahydro-4H-1,4a,7-triaza benzocycloheptene-7-carboxylic acid ethyl ester hydrobromide (1:1) and 4-chloro-2-methoxy-benzoic acid, the compound, 0.103 g (76%), was obtained as a white powder.
