Reaction Steps
A solution of compound 330-a (300 mg) in 10 mL of HCl/CH3OH was stirred overnight, then concentrated and basified with Na2CO3 solution. The resulting mixture was purified by chromatography to afford the title compound as a solid, 155 mg.
