Procedure

A solution of Example 53E (9.9 g, 33.4 mmol) in acetonitrile (15 mL) was added to a solution of monosodium mono(hydrogenphosphate) hydrate (18.32 g, 134 mmol) and sodium hydrogenphosphate heptahydrate (17.92 g, 66.9 mmol) in water (70 mL) followed by the addition of cyanamide (2.81 g, 66.9 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 55 hours and then extracted with dichloromethane (3×50 mL). The combined organic extracts were dried (Na2SO4), filtered and concentrated to give the titled compound. MS (DCI+) m/z 302 (M+NH4)+.
