A solution of the title compound from Example 5 Step B (800 mg, 1.20 mmol) in acetic acid (4 mL) and water (1 mL) was stirred at 90° C. for 14 h. The reaction mixture was allowed to cool to ambient temperature and evaporated in vacuo. The product was used in the subsequent step without further purification: LCMS m/z 568.8 [M+H]+.
