To a mixture of (3-(3-(4-((pyridin-2-yloxy)methyl)benzyl)isoxazol-5-yl)pyridin-2-yl)phosphoramidic acid (8.5 mg, 0.019 mmol) described in Example 2 and methanol (1 mL) was added a mixture of lithium hydroxide monohydrate (1.9 mg, 0.045 mmol) and water (4 mL) at room temperature, and the solvent was evaporated from the reaction mixture under a reduced pressure. The resulting residue was washed with methanol to obtain the title compound (6.1 mg, 70%).
