Reaction Steps
Boc-protected diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octane from step A was dissolved in 4M HCl in dioxane (4 ml). The reaction was stirred for 1 hour and concentrated under vacuum to afford 4-(3,8-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octan-3-yl)-5-methyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine dihydrochloride (30 mg, 0.093 mmol, 91%).
