Procedure

3-[4-(2-Benzylamino-6-chloro-pyrimidin-4-yloxy)-phenyl]-2-methyl-2-phenoxy-propionic acid ethyl ester (60 mg, 0.1 mmol), 1-Benzyl-piperazine (25 mg, 0.25 ml, 0.15 mmol) and Cs2CO3 (35 mg, 0.11 mmol) were combined in anhydrous N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) (5 mL) and stirred at 90° C. in dry atmosphere overnight. The DMF was removed in vacuo, the residue was purified in silica to provide a white oil.
