In a manner analogous to the method described in example 3, (4S,5R)-2-(2-tert-butyl-4-ethoxy-pyrimidin-5-yl)-4,5-bis-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5-dimethyl-4,5-dihydro-imidazole-1-carbonyl chloride was reacted with 4-(3-methanesulfonyl-propyl)-piperidine dihydrochloride (example 72) to give the title compound as a racemic mixture. HR-MS (ES, m/z) calculated for C37H48Cl2N5O4S [(M+H)+] 728.2799, observed 728.2797.
