To a solution of Compound 228a (0.090 g, 0.27 mmol) in CHCl3 (1 mL) was added trifluoroacetic acid (0.42 mL, 5.4 mmol) and the reaction mixture was then stirred at 70° C. for 15 min. until the complete conversion of the reagent was observed by LC-MS. After cooling to r.t., water was added and the solution was alkalinized by addition of 2 N NaOH. The solution was extracted with CH2Cl2, the organic layer washed with brine and dried over Na2SO4 affording the title compound (0.051 g).
