Procedure
Following the procedure reported above for the compound of Example 262 but replacing 5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine with 2-chloro-5-phenylnicotinonitrile the title product was synthesized. After the reaction work-up, the residue was purified by automated flash liquid chromatography (Horizon™-Biotage) eluting with PE-EtOAc gradient from 9:1 to 4:6, affording the title product (10%).
