To a suspension of Compound 274c (70 mg, 0.27 mmol), sodium acetate trihydrate (74.2 mg, 0.55 mmol) and 1-bromo-3,5-difluorobenzene (33.5 μl, 0.27 mmol) in 2.05 mL of DMF flushed with nitrogen was added tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0) (15.8 mg, 0.014 mmol) and the reaction mixture was put into a microwave oven (Biotage) at 120° C. for 10 min. Dilution with EtOAc, washing with H2O and drying over Na2SO4 followed by evaporation and purification of the residue by automated flash liquid chromatography (Horizon™-Biotage) (PE-CH2Cl2 6:4) afforded 74 mg (73.7%) of the title compound.
