Into a 50-mL round-bottom flask, was placed a solution of tert-butyl 3-(2-(6-(trifluoromethyl)cinnolin-4-ylamino)acetamido)azetidine-1-carboxylate (140 mg, 0.33 mmol,) in dichloromethane (10 ml) and CF3COOH (1 ml). The reaction mixture was stirred for 2 h at room temperature. The resulting mixture was concentrated under vacuum to give the title compound as yellow oil.
