The title compound was prepared following the procedure described for Intermediate-40 using 5-chloro-3-fluoropyridin-2-amine (0.500 g, 3.42 mmol), acetic acid (5.0 mL) and 50% hydrogen peroxide (2.0 mL) to afford 0.450 g of the desired product. 1HNMR (DMSO-d6): δ 7.14 (s, 2H), 7.55 (d, J=10.8 Hz, 1H), 8.25 (s, 1H).
