To a solution of 2-[(2-chloro-6-methylphenyl)amino]-N-[2-fluoro-5-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-7,7-dimethyl-7,8-dihydro-1H-furo[3,2-e]benzimidazole-5-carboxamide (Example-110, 0.100 g) in acetone was added of methanesulphonic acid. The reaction mass was refluxed for 3 h. The reaction mass was filtered and obtained residue was washed with DEE to afford 0.087 g desired product. 1HNMR (DMSO-d6): δ 1.60 (s, 6H), 2.31 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 6H), 3.24 (s, 2H), 7.46 (m, 2H), 7.56-7.66 (m, 3H), 7.72 (s, 1H), 8.84 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 1H), 10.24 (s, 1H), 11.0 (br, 2H).
