The title compound was prepared following the procedure described for Example-169 by using 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino]-7,7-dimethyl-N-[5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]-7,8-dihydro-1H-furo[3,2-e]benzimidazole-5-carboxamide (Example-101, 0.100 g), acetone, methanesulphonic acid to afford 0.059 g of the desired product. 1HNMR (DMSO-d6): δ 1.60 (s, 6H), 2.38 (s, 3H), 3.25 (s, 2H), 7.61 (m, 1H), 7.77 (m, 3H), 8.27 (d, J=7.3 Hz, 1H), 8.46 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 8.79 (s, 1H), 10.42 (s, 1H), 11.50 (br s, 1H), 13.00 (br s, 2H).
