Reaction Steps
By treating 6-(4-aminophenyl)-5-methyl-4,5-dihydro-3(2H)-pyridazinone and 2-(benzyloxycarbonylamino)-2-methylpropanal obtained in 2-a above in the same way as in Example 1, (1-c), 6-[4-(2-benzyloxycarbonylamino-2-methylpropylamino)phenyl]-5-methyl-4,5-dihydro-3(2H)-pyridazinone was obtained.
