The title compound was prepared following the procedure described in the synthesis of 28a using 27d and piperazine. 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6) δ (ppm): 2.92 (4H, brm), 3.05 (4H, brm), 7.21 (1H, m), 7.58 (1H, m), 7.79 (3H, m), 8.67 (1H, m). m/z 370.2
