Ethyl N-(2-methoxy-6-methylquinoxalin-3-yl)carbamate and 1-(2-pyrimidyl)piperazine were reacted by the same way with the example 43 to obtain the titled compound (yield, 93%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 2.47 (s, 4H), 3.71 (s, 3H), 3.91-3.99 (m, 4H), 4.13 (s, 3H), 6.53 (s, 1H), 7.01-7.13 (m, 1H), 7.27-7.30 (m, 1H), 7.52-7.61 (m, 2H), 8.33 (d, J=4.8 Hz, 2H).
