Reaction Steps
Ethyl N-(3-methoxy-6-methylquinoxalin-2-yl)carbamate and 1-(4-nitrophenyl)piperazine were reacted by the same way with the example 127 to obtain the titled compound (yield, 89%). H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 2.45 (s, 3H), 3.45-3.60 (m, 4H), 3.76-3.88 (m, 4H), 4.09 (s, 3H), 6.85 (d, J=6.2 Hz, 2H), 7.03-7.68 (m, 4H), 8.16 (d, J=6.0 Hz, 2H).
