Procedure
To a solution of Compound (4-2) (7 mg, 0.14 mmol, 1 eq.) in CH2Cl2 (3 mL) was added trifluoroacetic acid (1 mL) and the mixture stirred at room temperature for 15 minutes. The volatiles were removed under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse phase HPLC using TFA:CH3CN and water as the eluant to provide Compound (4-3). MS (M+H)+: observed=406.2027, calculated=406.2032
