45 μL (0.48 mmol) acetic anhydride is added to a solution of 89 mg (0.22 mmol) {5-[5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-pyridin-2-ylethynyl]-pyridin-2-yl}-(2-pyrrolidin-1-yl-ethyl)-amine in 2 mL DCM. The reaction solution is stirred for 16 h at RT. The solvent is eliminated i.vac. and further purification is carried out by HPLC-MS.
