Reaction Steps
9.47 mL (113 mmol) pyrrolidine are added to a solution of 6.00 g (28.4 mmol) 2-chloromethyl-5-nitro-1H-benzimidazole in 100 mL DCM. The reaction is stirred overnight at RT. The reaction solution is washed four times with water. The organic phase is dried over MgSO4 and the solvent is eliminated i.vac.
