Under an argon atmosphere 132 mg (0.48 mmol) TBAF are added to a solution of 150 mg (0.48 mmol) N-(3-methyl-5-trimethylsilanylethynyl-pyridin-2-yl)-2-pyrrolidin-1-yl-acetamide in 10 mL THF and the reaction mixture is stirred overnight at RT. The mixture is evaporated down i. vac., the residue is taken up in EtOAc, the organic phase is washed with water and saturated NaCl solution and dried over Na2SO4. After the desiccant and solvent have been eliminated the desired product is obtained.
