150 mg of 1-[(3′-Chloro-2′,6′-difluoro-6,4′-dimethoxy-biphenyl-3-carbonyl)-amino]-4-methyl-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid methyl ester and 25 mg NaOH were dissoled using 5 ml of dioxane and 0.5 ml of water. The mixture was stirred at 80° C. for 6 h. Then, 15 ml of water were added, the dioxane evaporated and acidified to pH=3 using aqueous NaHSO4-solution. The mixture was stirred for 30 minutes at room temperature. The product was then isolated by filtration and dried in vacuo to yield 110 mg of the title compound.
