Following Example 188c, 327b (2.6 g, 9.4 mmol) and 3,5-dibromo-1-methylpyrazin-2(1H)-one (2.5 g, 9.4 mmol) were reacted to give 327c as a yellow solid (2.96 g, 68%). MS: [M+H]+ 464.
